Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Bhreem, you agree to these terms. If you are using Bhreem on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Instagram automation requires an eligible Instagram professional account.

3. The service

Bhreem lets you connect an Instagram professional account, define keyword triggers on your posts and Reels, and send automatic private replies to people who comment. Features and limits may change as the product develops.

4. Your account and Meta terms

You are responsible for your Instagram account and for complying with the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. You authorise Bhreem to access your account through Meta only to provide the features you enable. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Bhreem to send spam, deceptive, harmful or unlawful messages.
• Do not use Bhreem to harass, mislead or violate anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass platform limits or misuse the messaging features.
• You are responsible for the content of the automated messages you configure.

6. Messaging responsibility

Automated replies are sent on your behalf and from your connected account. You are responsible for ensuring your automations are appropriate, accurate and compliant. We send one reply per commenter per automation to avoid spam, but you control the content.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bhreem reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform rules.

8. Disclaimers

Bhreem is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not control Meta or Instagram and are not responsible for their availability or policy changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhreem is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Bhreem and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or platform rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
