How we handle your information, including data we access through Meta when you connect an Instagram professional account.

This policy explains what Bhreem collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Bhreem you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address and the workspace you create.
- Instagram data through Meta. When you connect an Instagram professional account, we access the data you authorise through Meta. This includes your account profile, your posts and Reels, comments on your content, and the ability to send private replies. We access this only to run the automations you set up.
- Contacts and conversations. When someone triggers your automation, we store their public Instagram username and identifier, the comment that matched, and the reply we sent, so you can manage the conversation.
- Usage data. Basic logs and metrics needed to operate the service and keep it reliable and secure.
How we use your information
- To run the automations and features you configure.
- To show you contacts, conversations and analytics.
- To keep the service secure, reliable and free of abuse.
- To respond to your support and account requests.
Platform data from Meta
Bhreem uses official Meta APIs and follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We never ask for your Instagram password. We use Meta platform data only to provide the features you enable, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed to your browser.
How we share information
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate Bhreem (for example, hosting and infrastructure), under agreements that require them to protect it, or where required by law.
Storage, security and retention
Data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption of sensitive credentials. We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights and choices
- Disconnect an Instagram account at any time to stop further access.
- Request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it.

Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
Bhreem is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
