How to delete your Bhreem account and any data we accessed through Meta, what is removed, and how long it takes.

Disconnect at any time

You can disconnect an Instagram account from Bhreem at any time in your workspace settings. Disconnecting immediately stops any further access to that account through Meta.

Request full deletion

To delete your Bhreem account and all associated data, email privacy@bhreem.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. If you removed Bhreem from your Instagram or Facebook settings, Meta also sends us a data deletion request automatically, which we honour.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and workspace profile.
  • Connected account details and encrypted access tokens.
  • Automations, triggers and their history.
  • Contacts and conversations created by your automations.
  • Analytics tied to your workspace.

Some limited records may be retained only where required by law or to resolve disputes, and are then deleted or anonymised.

How long it takes

We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
